Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Carter Weber Tournament
A $150 fee will be assessed for any team that withdraws prior to Labor Day. Teams that withdraw after Labor Day will be subject to an $800 fee.
EHA Golf Tournament
No Refunds - Contact Special Events Coordinator with questions.
Spartacats Winter Clash
A $150 fee will be assessed for any team that withdraws prior to October 1st. Teams that withdraw after October 1st will be subject to an $800 fee.
Eagan Hockey Registration
All refunds are subject to a cancellation fee if issued before the season starts. Once the hockey season begins, 40% of the total registration is forfeited. The start of the season for refund purposes is defined as the first day of tryouts. The only exception will be for verified medical reasons or if a player makes the Eagan High School team. Injury/Medical refunds will be prorated based on the time played and fixed costs incurred up to the time of injury. Players will qualify for the refund if their injury or medical condition causes them to miss six (6) or more weeks of the current season. Requests for Injury/Medical refunds must be submitted in writing to the Treasurer for consideration. Refer to the EHA Handbook for details.
Fall 3v3 / 4v4 League
All registrations are non‑refundable once payment is submitted. Refunds are only considered in the case of a documented medical injury or illness that prevents participation. For any questions regarding refunds, please contact the Registrar at registrar@eaganhockey.com.
